Policies

First and foremost, we want you to love your purchase! Baby carriers do have a learning curve, but we are always available to help prior to and even after you have made your selection. We are even available to consult with you via email or Skype, if you are unsure which options may work best for your family. 

Unworn and unused items in new condition may be returned for store credit or exchanged only when tags are attached and original packaging is intact within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us so that you may be provided with a return authorization number to include on your shipping label. 

Items purchased from a Wonderful and Wild Gift Registry may be exchanged or issued a store credit until 14 days after the recipient's estimated due date. 

Items that have been worn, used, washed, tags removed, or packaging damaged may not be returned or exchanged. 

Defective products may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an identical item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if an item you receive has been damaged in transit or appears to have a manufacturer's defect. We may be contacted by email at hello@wonderfulandwild.com - please include clear photos and a description of the defect in your email. 

Jewelry, health care products, and other sanitary or personal items may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. We encourage you to measure baby's neck to find the correct size amber necklace for your child. Amber jewelry is made from resin and will break if beads are chewed on or handled roughly. 

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending your item back. This helps to ensure your package is routed correctly and your return can be processed in a timely fashion. Items that arrive without a RMA may not be accepted. 

*Baby carriers will be shipped without boxes by default. Please contact us prior to completing your checkout if you would like us to ship the box with your carrier. We are happy to accommodate this request, but you may incur an additional shipping charge, as it often means a carrier is unable to fit inside a standard shipping package.
